I get a lot of requests for personal training programs for people with unique and challenging training or diet issues. For this reason I offer flexible, client-led webcam consultations where I can help you to quantify your training, set realistic and relevant goals to measure your progress. I help you to prioritize your training to avoid injury, train the most efficient and effective and guarantee peak condition when you desire it most. The topic of these sessions are dictated by you and not pre-determined. One formula fits all programs may be ineffective for some people, so I work with you to develop and maximize your potential within the parameters of your goals. You benefit from my experience in training in the military as well as my scientific background in biochemistry and medical training as well as my own weight loss history as you’ve seen on YouTube.
